2. On-site technicians
If an error can only be corrected on-site, we will send one of our technicians to you on short notice – wherever you are.
3. Inspection / Calibration
We offer inspection and calibration service for all our units. You just send in your unit, we carry out any necessary work and return the unit to you.
4. Preventative maintenance and machine inspection
We offer maintenance contracts for complete lines, also for individual machines. Machine inspection executed by our application engineer during operation determines the scope of maintenance or repair work to be expected.
5. Telemonitoring
We offer the use of remote equipment monitoring modules for the Programmable Logic Controllers we install.
6. Training and Instruction
We offer flocking and process engineering training including material sciences for your employees, optionally in your facilities, or in our technical school.
7. Support
We endeavor to support you in the best possible way concerning operation, repair and advisory service of flocking machines, even of other brands.
